From the A14: Trinity Park is on the outskirts of Ipswich, just off the A14. From the A14 take the exit sign-posted Lowestoft A12 and Ipswich East. At the roundabout take the A1156 towards Ipswich. (From the West this will be the third exit and you will pass under the flyover, from the East this will be the first exit). Travel for a little over a mile, passing a Honda Garage on your right, until you come to a roundabout. Take the third exit at the roundabout to enter Trinity Park.
From the South: London, Chelmsford & Colchester: Travel along the A12 until it joins the A14 and follow signs for Felixstowe, traveling over the Orwell Bridge. Follow directions from the A14 detailed above.
From the North: Lowestoft & Great Yarmouth: Exit the A12 at the Seven Hills Roundabout, pass under the bridge (A14) and follow the A1156 towards Ipswich. Travel a little over a mile, passing a Honda Garage on your right, until you come to a roundabout. Take the third exit at the roundabout to enter Trinity Park.
Trinity Park is 5 miles from Ipswich railway station. There are regular services to London, Norwich and Cambridge.
There are bus connections from Ipswich and Felixstowe via routes: 75, 76, 77. Suffolk on Board can provide bus times, your nearest bus route and connections.

Guests are able to access corporate rates for nearby hotels through our provider Reservation 2000. Card details will be needed to hold rooms and full payment will be due on check out. Shuttle buses will be provided between the hotels and Trinity Park each day.

+ Q: What are sprints and hackathons?
A: Sprint and hacks (as they’re often referred to) are problem solving approaches to tackling business challenges. Hacks tend to involve digital specialists such as domain and data experts, but both aim to short cut the often lengthy debate cycle that accompanies finding solutions to important issues. + Q: I’m not sure which sprint or hack is suitable for me.
A: No problem. If you would like to talk to us about which sprint or hack you would be best suited to, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
+ Q: Do I have to attend for all three days?
A: It is recommended that you attend for all three days to get the most out of the event. As sprints and hacks will be built on each day, it’s more valuable to see it through from concept to delivery, but we understand that might not be possible for everyone. When you register you’ll be asked which days you can attend. Tick which ones you can definitely come to, so we can get the most accurate picture of how many people will be joining us.
+ Q: Can I sign up to more then one sprint or hack?
A: It is more beneficial if you are able to stick to one sprint or hack for the three days, but we appreciate there might be more than one that you’re in interested in. You will only be able to choose one on the registration form, but you will have sight of what is happening in other sprints at regular intervals. There will be feedback (wash up) sessions at the end of each day and if you would like more in depth feedback from another sprint, email email@example.com stating which sprint you’d like to hear about and we can put you on that sprint email circulation list.
+ Q: Will breakfast, lunch and dinner be provided?
A: A free light breakfast, lunch and evening meal will be provided each day for all registered delegates. There will be a variety of different options to choose over the course of the three days. If you have any dietary requirements, make sure you let us know on the registration form.
+ Q: What time does the event start each day?
A: The doors will open at 8am each day for registration. Arriving before this time might require you to wait outside the venue. A wash up session will take place at 4.30pm on day one (Tuesday) and day two (Wednesday). Evening entertainment and dinner will start at 6pm and end at 10pm which you are welcome you to stay for. Dinner and entertainment are not provided on the final day (Thursday).
+ Q: Is there somewhere for me to store my items during the event?
A: The event organisers will not take any responsibility for items throughout the event, however, bags can be left at the back of the sprint tent you are participating in.
+ Q: What is the dress code?
A: We’re inviting attendees to break away from the conventional work environment at Innovate East. There is no dress code, just wear something you’re comfortable in.
+ Q: What are the accessibility arrangements on site?
A: The event site is flat, although most of our event is taking place on grass. All domes and tents are wheelchair accessible, however, the car park is a short walk from the site. Please make event organisers aware of any accessibility requirements via the registration page and we will ensure arrangements are made in advance.
+ Q: Is there parking on site?
A: Yes, Trinity Park has plenty of parking for our guests. Please follow the car park marshals instructions.
+ Q: Will wifi be available?
A: Yes, free wifi will be provided for the whole event.
+ Q: What networking time will there be?
A: There will be plenty of time for networking over the three days. At the start of each day delegates can join us for a light breakfast from 8am until the opening welcome at 9.30am. There will also be opportunities to network during sprints and regular breaks throughout the day. Evening entertainment is provided at the end of day one and day two where you can also spend time networking.

+ Q: What are the arrangements for drinks throughout the day?
A: You will have access to free tea and coffee all day. We will have a free refill point to top up on water and we ask that guests bring their own reuseable water bottles to cut down on plastic use. If you forget yours, we will be selling these for £5 which will go to Wateraid.
